Cactus Coatings Ltd is a locally owned business offering custom powder coating, internal pipe and vessel coating, custom industrial painting and a complete line of Quantum spray polyurethane protective coatings as well as sandblasting.
Founded in 1997, Cactus Coatings serves the Oil and Gas sector, municipal and agricultural markets in Southern Alberta and Southern Saskatchewan.
We have two powder coating lines with a 7'x7'x20' oven and a 9'x9'x26' oven that can handle virtually any project. We also have a 58'x18'x18' cross draft paint booth that can accommodate a wide range of industrial and agricultural equipment.
Custom Powder Coating
With two ovens with a maximum size of 9'x9'x26', Cactus Coatings can handle any project, big or small.
Powder coating is an advanced method of applying decorative and protective finishes to a wide variety of material and products. The powder used is a mixture of finely ground pigments and plastics which adheres electrostatically until heated and fused into a uniform coating. The result is a very durable high quality finish.

Internal Pipe Coating
Cactus Coatings Ltd. provides internal pipe coating services to clients in the Oil and Gas sector and Municipal sector.
We have a wide range of materials available in the form of Liquid Epoxies and Fusion Bonded Epoxies. We understand the tight timelines required in these sectors and strive to provide timely turn-arounds that meet the needs of our clients, keeping costly down time to a minimum. With a 58'x18'x18' cross draft paint booth complete with bake cycle, we can paint anything from coil tubing rigs, concrete trucks, bulk cement trailers among others.
